Pre-launch registration: register your interest in receiving the MOTOKEROS card

Digital card generation: create your unique card with personalized QR when the service launches
Email marketing: newsletter and updates (with option to unsubscribe at any time)
Push notifications: only if you give explicit consent in your browser
Aggregated statistical analysis: understand which regions users come from to prioritize launch
Legal compliance: meet legal obligations and respond to competent authorities

4. Legal basis for processing

We do not sell your personal data. We share only with:

Essential service providers: Hostinger (hosting), ipapi.co (IP geolocation)
Affiliated businesses: only your name and the fact that you hold a MOTOKEROS card, at the moment you present the card — we never share your email, WhatsApp or other data
Authorities: when required by law or court order

6. International data transfer

As MOTOKEROS LLC is based in the United States, your data may be transferred outside your country of residence. We ensure such transfers are made on the basis of recognized legal mechanisms (such as European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses) with adequate level of protection.
