Welcome to MOTOKEROS. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website motokeros.com and the services offered by MOTOKEROS LLC ("MOTOKEROS", "we").

By registering and using our services, you fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About MOTOKEROS

MOTOKEROS is a global platform offering a digital discount card for motorcyclists, with a unique QR code, usable at affiliated businesses in our network.

2. Minimum age

The MOTOKEROS service is intended exclusively for users 18 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are a minor, do not use the service.

3. Registration

To use the service, you must provide truthful, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.

4. Acceptable use

By using MOTOKEROS, you agree to:

Not provide false or fraudulent information
Not use the service for illegal activities or to harm third parties
Not attempt to bypass security or authentication mechanisms
Not share your digital card with third parties
Not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Not use bots, scripts or automated means without express authorization

5. Digital card

The MOTOKEROS digital card is personal and non-transferable. Each card is linked to the person who registered, and its use by third parties is prohibited.

Discounts offered by affiliated businesses are subject to terms defined by each business, which may vary in percentage, applicable products, validity hours and conditions.

6. Pre-launch

MOTOKEROS is currently in pre-launch phase. By registering, you reserve your position on the list to receive the digital card when the service is officially launched in your region.

We do not guarantee a specific launch date, although we are committed to informing you through the communication channel provided (email) about progress.

7. Intellectual property

All MOTOKEROS content — including brand, logos, design, texts, code, images and digital cards — is the property of MOTOKEROS LLC or its licensors, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Copying, modifying, distributing or using our content without express written authorization is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for discounts not honored by affiliated businesses
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability
Our total liability, in any case, is limited to the amount you paid for the service (zero, in the case of the free card)

9. Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. You may cancel your account at any time by emailing privacy@motokeros.com.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Wyoming courts, without prejudice to the rights that local user laws (LGPD in Brazil, GDPR in the European Union, CCPA in California, and others) may grant.

12. Privacy

Processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
